The Technion invites you to a conversation with entrepreneur and inventor Dov Moran, graduate of the Viterbi Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering and an Honorary Doctor of the Technion.
In the talk, moderated by Prof. Shahar Kvatinsky, Moran will share the story behind the development and commercialization of the USB flash drive, discuss the future of hardware, and highlight the advantages Technion graduates bring to the global high-tech industry.
Dov Moran, entrepreneur and venture capitalist, is one of the most influential Israeli figures in the global high-tech arena. He is the founder of the Grove Ventures venture capital fund, which manages approximately half a billion dollars.
The event will take place on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, in Auditorium 1003, 10th floor, Meyer Building, Viterbi Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering.
