Seventeen families, evacuated since the outbreak of the war from the north and the south of Israel, are staying at the Leo and Julia Forchheimer Dormitory. This is an initiative of the Technion Faculty Association, headed by Prof. Hagai Perets from the Department of Physics. Faculty and Staff members have also been invited to volunteer, and to host evacuee families.<\/p>\n

The Technion swimming pool and sports center are at the guests\u2019 service.<\/p>\n
