Dear Members of the Technion Community,
\nBased on the assessment conducted today and in line with the instructions from the Home Front Command, the Technion management has decided on the following measures:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Activities at the Technion campuses in Haifa will proceed tomorrow, Tuesday, October 17, 2023, unchanged.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Please note that all tuition payments, which were due in the coming months (November and December for undergraduate studies, December and January for graduate degrees) are postponed by a month.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Daycare for children of the Technion faculty and staff will open tomorrow. The daycare will take place in the safe rooms of the Canada building, 8:00-15:30. Advance registration is required.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Tomorrow, together with other universities and colleges around the country, the Technion will illuminate blue and white prominent buildings on the campus. At the Technion, the Broshim dormitories on the Neve Shaanan campus and the Ruth and Bruce Rappaport Faculty of Medicine building in Bat Galim will be illuminated, to strengthen the Israeli spirit and express support for the defense and rescue forces.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
