Their extensive work in the field has positioned the Technion among the world\u2019s leaders in AI research and development. <a href=\"http:\/\/csrankings.org\/#\/fromyear\/2016\/toyear\/2021\/index?ai&amp;vision&amp;mlmining&amp;nlp&amp;ir&amp;europe\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CSRankings<\/a>, the leading metrics-based ranking of top computer science institutions around the world, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.technion.ac.il\/en\/2021\/07\/technion-first-europe-artificial-intelligence-ai\/\">has ranked the Technion No. 1 in the field of artificial intelligence in Europe<\/a>, and 15th worldwide. In the subfield of machine learning, the Technion is ranked 11th worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>Over the years, the Technion has carried out outstanding research in the field of AI \u2013 much of which has developed into trailblazing commercial products.
