Accommodation options
A bunch of hotel rooms with special rates have been pre-reserved for symposium participants in the following hotels (as from May 11, hotel Nof is sold out):

All prices are per night and include breakfast and all taxes. Israeli participants must add 15.5% of VAT.
The rooms are guaranteed for reservations made until May 15, 2009. Requests will be accepted thereafter, however, the reservation is then subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Accommodation form
Reservations should be made via the accomodation form, which can be downloaded in PDF or DOC formats (PDF form can be filled with Acrobat Reader 8.0 and up or with Preview 4.1 at Mac OS X).
Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be faxed or e-mailed to (please do not contact the hotels directly). Refund will be as follows:
- received until June 11, 2009 — 100% refund
- received after June 11, 2009 — the first night is non refundable
