I have had various research experiences over the years. I was first exposed to research as I started my education at the University of Michigan as part of the Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program (UROP).

I am finally doing some research on my own (well not exactly on my own, with the guidelines of my advisors) and I hope to add more sections on the left with more details when I have more results :-)
All these experiences have helped me define my research interests which include: Distributed Teams, Team Building, Group Effectiveness, Telecommuter Teams and Organizations, Extra Curricula Activities in Workplace, Negotiation, Cultural Differences and Emotions in the Workplace.
