Behavioral Lab Manager

I worked as the Behavioral Lab Manager at the Ross School of Business of the University of Michigan. The lab is operated by 3 different departments: Marketing, Management and Organizations, and Information Technology.

As the lab manager I was in charged of the lab facilities and equipment. The facilities included a large conference room that could easily fit 12 people equipped with a projector and screen, a 2 way mirror, 3 video cameras and mics. There were 3 additional break out rooms that could fit about 2 people and they had a camera and mic in each. In addition there was a control room that held recording equipment for all the video and the audio coming from the room. The recording capabilities were to DVD and to VHS. Moreover, there were 15 laptops that were used for experiments.

Part of my duties was to schedule the lab use and to crate policy to keep the lab running smoothly.
